d9e9014a8f root_password: Enable SSH root login 
Jessie comes with root login disabled for passwords, however,
if the user is using this plugin, chances are high that they
need to login via SSH as root.

34bb45bb00 Factor release codename fetching out into common.tools 
This allows code that runs before the bootstrapinformation object has been created
to also figure out the release codename
